(A) Cancellation of Order before Dispatch
- The Store hereby informs User that User's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify the Store's acceptance of User's order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the Store's offer to sell. The Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of User's order to accept or decline User's order for any reason. User's order will be deemed accepted by the Company upon shipment of products or performance of services that User has ordered as indicated by the Company's servers. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to User upon delivery to the common carrier. The Company may require additional verification's or information before accepting any order.
- www.manuart.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. The www.manuart.in shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and User's credit/ debit/ cash card charged. If User's credit/ debit/ cash card has already been charged for the purchase and User's order is cancelled, the www.manuart.in shall immediately issue a credit to User's credit / debit / cash card account for the amount of the charge.

- "Cancel Order" can be placed anytime after booking of order but before status of order changes into "Preparing for Dispatch" or "Shipped" on the Website.
(B) Cancellation Policy for Store Pick Up Service
- The order for purchase of the Products placed by the User using the Store Pick Up Service can be cancelled by the User at the Store on approval by the Store manager on the sole condition that the User makes a fresh purchase at the Store. Further, the amount paid by the User for the cancelled order will be refunded to the User after deduction of (0%) Percent cancellation fee
(C) Return Policy for Product After Delivered.
(Only in case of Damage Product, Missing / Wrong Product on arrival or what you have got is different from what you have ordered)
- Eligibility for Refund
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your painting.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. - Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. - Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or commissioned paintings cannot be refunded unless damaged during delivery. - Damaged or Defective Items
If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item. - Any Product, purchased from the Website, can be returned to the Company within 7 days of delivery of the same to User by placing a "Cancel Order" request by logging a call with MANUART's Customer Care by phone on +91 98248 03996
- Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the MANUART only if the Product supplied by the MANUART is damaged, Defective or the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
- The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
- If Upon Removal of the Product's Packaging the User finds that the Product is Damaged or Defective or is Missing / wrong with the Product Ordered, The User Shall Immediately Notify Call or WhatsApp: +91 98248 03996
Once the Product is Delivered or Damaged or Defective or Wrong Product must be Returned to us via India Speed Post or Courier within 3 days, And Send Tracking Details to us via WhatsApp: +91 98248 03996
We will Send the Repair or Replacement Product to you Immediately After we have Received your Product. - In case of Cancellation (Return / Repair) of order after delivery of the Product to User, User will have to make his/her own arrangement to send the Return. Return Accepted Only India Speed Post & Courier, User should retain the said acknowledgment and quote or product the same in all his/her future communications with the Company in this regard.

(D) Damage Paintings Returns
If an Paintings is Damage, wrongly described or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
